2. What is the difference between the Radeon Xpress 1100 chipset and the 1150 chipset?

The Radeon Xpress 1150 offers higher graphics performance and additional features such as component video.

3. Is ATI new to AMD CSIP?

No. ATI was the first chipset vendor to provide support for AMD CSIP and was AMD’s launch partner at the inception of the CSIP program. ATI conducts intensive testing on multiple motherboard samples to ensure stable operation. Our tests incorporate real-world application, synthetic stress and benchmark tests to ensure ATI’s CSIP motherboards exhibit the highest quality and stability before they are CSIP certified. These tests performed by the ATI Certification team are visually monitored to ensure any visual anomalies are caught, investigated and corrected before a product is certified by ATI.
