1. ELIGIBILITY: The ATI “Spring Loaded CrossFire™ Bundle” Drawing (the “Drawing”) is open only to residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico) and Canada (excluding Quebec). Entrants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of ATI Technologies Inc. and its related companies and agents, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible to participate in the Drawing. The Drawing is subject to all federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations and is void as to residents of jurisdictions where the Drawing is prohibited by law, where any registration, filing, or similar requirement would be imposed on the Drawing, or where a translation of these Official Rules into a language other than English is required. Participation in the Drawing requires a computer with access to the Internet.
   
   
2. SPONSOR: The Drawing is sponsored by ATI Technologies Inc., One Commerce Valley Drive East, Markham, Ontario, Canada L3T 7X6 (“Sponsor”).
   
   
3. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: Participation in the Drawing constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling in a timely manner all requirements set forth herein.
   
   
4. Timing: The Drawing begins at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Savings Time (“EDT”) on April 04, 2006 and ends at 9:00 a.m. EDT on May 15, 2006 (the “Drawing Period”).
   
   
5. HOW TO ENTER:
   
   A. Enter online: During the Drawing Period, visit www.ati.com/springloaded and follow the entry instructions, which include providing your name, email address, mailing address and phone number. Limit: one (1) entry per person (see Paragraph 6 for drawing information).
   
   B. Refer a Friend: After you have submitted the requested information online, you will be invited to submit the names and e-mail addresses of up to five (5) friends. Each person that you refer will receive an email notifying him/her of the Drawing. The e-mail will be sent directly from your e-mail account to each friend. Sponsor will not collect any information about any friend unless a friend later enters the Drawing. You may only refer persons with whom you have an existing relationship. You may not refer any person who has previously indicated to you that he or she does not wish to receive emails of this nature from you. You will be given one (1) additional entry into the Drawing for each friend you refer. Limit: five (5) additional entries per entrant. You also will receive one (1) entry into a bonus drawing (“Bonus Drawing”), regardless of the number of friends you refer. Limit one (1) entry into the Bonus Drawing per entrant. The Bonus Drawing is a component of the Drawing and is subject to these Official Rules.
   
   C. Mail-In Method for Additional Entries Into Drawing and Entry Into Bonus Drawing: To obtain up to five (5) additional entries into the Drawing and one (1) entry into the Bonus Drawing without referring a friend, hand-print your full name, complete address, phone number, and email address (if any) on an index card, and mail it to: Attention: Spring Loaded CrossFire™ Bundle Drawing, ATI Technologies Inc., 55 Commerce Valley Drive West, Markham, Ontario, Canada, L3T 7V9 . Mailed entries must be postmarked by May 15, 2006, and must be received by May 18, 2006. Proof of sending will not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor. No mechanically reproduced mail-in entries will be accepted.
   
   D. For Additional Entries Into the Drawing: Entrants are limited to five (5) total additional entries into the Drawing, whether those entries are obtained through one of the two methods of obtaining additional entries described above or through both methods combined. Thus, for example, an entrant that refers two (2) friends will receive two (2) additional entries, and will receive three (3) additional entries if the entrant submits a request in accordance with the mail-in method described above.
   
   E. For All Methods of Entry: Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified. All entries become the property of Sponsor. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
   
   DRAWINGS: At or around 12:00 p.m. EDT on May 20, 2006, Sponsor will randomly select the names of nine (9) potential winners of the Drawing from all eligible entries. At or around 12:00 p.m. EDT on May 20, 2006, Sponsor will randomly select the names of one (1) potential winners of the Bonus Drawing from all eligible entries for the Bonus Drawing. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winners will be notified by e-mail or telephone after the drawings.
   
   For Residents of Canada Only: Potential winners who are legal residents of Canada will be required to correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill testing question (administered by telephone) without any assistance in order to receive a prize.
   
   
6. REQUIREMENTS OF THE POTENTIAL WINNERS: Except where prohibited, potential winners will be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (the “Affidavit/Release”) and return the Affidavit/Release to Sponsor within fourteen (14) days of being notified. Potential winners who reside in the United States must provide their social security numbers for purposes of shipping the prizes into the United States. If the potential winner does not respond to Sponsor within seven (7) days after the first attempt to contact him/her or fails to sign and return the Affidavit/Release within the required time period, or is otherwise ineligible to receive the prize, an alternate entrant will be selected in his/her place in a random drawing of all remaining entries. Sponsor will conduct two (2) alternate drawings, after which the prize will remain unawarded.

   C. For All Prizes: Prizes are not transferable or refundable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or component thereof) with another prize (or component thereof) of comparable or greater value. Winner is responsible for any taxes, expenses, and fees that are not expressly mentioned above and are associated with receipt or use of prize.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS: In the event that the operation, security, administration, or integrity of the Drawing is impaired in any way for any reason, including fraud, technical problem, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either (a) suspend the Drawing to address the impairment and then resume the Drawing in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries properly received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any person it believes to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Drawing or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or in any disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Drawing may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
   
   
9. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Drawing, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its related companies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Drawing or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Drawing; (b) printing errors; (c) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable email or mail; (d) errors in the administration of the Drawing or the processing of entries; or (e) injury or damage to persons, entities, or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Drawing or receipt or use of any prize. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Drawing, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorneys’ fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.
   
   
10. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Drawing or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Ontario, Canada; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Drawing but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Drawing, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Ontario, Canada, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of Ontario, Canada or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Ontario, Canada.
