Computex Taipei 2004 was Asia's most influential global IT event

ATI's PCI Express Technology Demo
Many eager visitors witnessed the means through which ATI has
helped develop the specifications for PCI Express technology.

Express
provides greater bandwidth with its higher performance and advanced
architecture as well as many new features that make it an
ideal
graphics interconnect for ATI's next-generation industry-revolutionizing
graphics technologies. The demonstration illustrated the
superior
processing power of a PCI Express System vs. an AGP system.
Microsoft Windows Media Extender technology Demo
ATI's guests also experienced digital entertainment with ATI's
Xilleon Chip and Microsoft's new Windows Media Extender technology.
This sleek and quiet device enabled Windows XP Media Center Edition
2004 to be enjoyed remotely on TVs and monitors in the home, at
the Microsoft Media Extender Lounge.
