    ATI joins the TV Anytime Forum

    Contributing to industry standards for personal video recorders

    Builds on leadership in PC and Set-top box markets

    Toronto, Canada - ATI Technologies Inc. (TSE:ATY; NASDAQ:ATYT), the leading supplier of graphics, video and personal video recording technology for the PC and Set-top box, today announced its membership in the TV Anytime Forum.

    The TV Anytime Forum is developing specifications that will allow broadcasters, service providers, consumer electronics manufacturers, content creators and telecommunications companies to utilize high-volume digital storage in consumer devices. The activities of the forum are further described on the TV Anytime website www.tv-anytime.org.
