Video-textured Billboard on Radeon®

The sample RadeonVideoBillboard demonstates use of the video-textured billboard to simulate dynamic environments. Using video textures enables creation of effects much richer than can be achived using bitmap animation sequences. Using video textures also provides better storage efficency than the bitmap sequences due to the superior compression.
