Anisotropic Filtering on the Radeon®

The RadeonAnisoFilter uses EXT_texture_filter_anisotropic to show the benefits of anisotropic texture filtering.

Two quads are drawn from the same point of view. One uses anisotropic filtering and the other does not. The runway texture map is from the old SGI Performer Demo which discusses texture anisotropy.

  • T - Cycle through different textures
  • [Right Mouse + movment] - Move square with the mouse
