Q1: What is Imageon TV?
A1:

Imageon TV is a new line of handheld products to offer solutions for the new “killer” application: Mobile Digital TV.

 
Q2: What is Mobile TV?
A2:

Mobile TV is the industry name for Television on Mobile Phones and other handheld devices. There are 3 types of Mobile TV: Analog TV Broadcast, Wireless (or Streamed) TV, and Digital TV Broadcast.

 
Q3: What Standards is Mobile Digital TV based on?

There are so far four major Mobile DTV standards: DVB-H (in Europe & US), DMB (in Korea), ISDBT (in Japan), and MediaFLO (in US by Qualcomm).

A4: WTV100 is a highly integrated DVB-H/T demodulator, with MPE-FEC decoder and DRAM in an 8x8mm BGA package.

A9: The WTV100 part is sampling now. The WTV100-M SiP will sample in Apr. ‘06 and will go in full production by 3Q’06.
