REQUIREMENTS:


SUPPORTED GPU:

  This version of CAL requires an ATI Radeon HD2400 (R6xx) or newer 
  graphics card, and is restricted to a single device. Attempting to 
  connect to an invalid device, or opening multiple connections to the 
  same device is not supported.


SUPPORTED OS:

  WINDOWS XP 32bit:

    The following updates must be installed prior to using CAL:

      Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2)
      Microsoft .NET Framework Version 2.0 Redistributable Package
    
    Optional requirement (for building the Visual studio projects):
      Microsoft Visual Studio 8.0 (with VC8)

  WINDOWS server 2003:

    The following updates must be installed prior to using CAL:

       Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 2 (SP2)             
       Microsoft .NET Framework Version 2.0 Redistributable Package
             

SUPPORTED DRIVER:

  This version of CAL requires the ATI Catalyst 7.11 Display Driver or 
  better. Features using cached system memory would need a driver
  later than 7.11.


NOTE ON ATI CROSSFIRE: 

    For dual GPU configuration on any version of Windows, ATI CrossFire 
    must be disabled. Refer to the installation notes to learn how to 
    disable CrossFire.
