Contest Period. The Contest period is from October 21st, 2005 starting at 9:00 AM Eastern Standard Time and ends on January 05th 2006 9:00 AM Eastern Standard Time. All entries must be received by January 05th 2006 9:00 AM Eastern Standard Time to be eligible for the prize.

Odds of Winning. The odds of winning a prize depends upon the total number of eligible entries received. Many will enter, a total of 21 entrants will win a prize. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. If you are selected as a winner and you are under the legal age of majority in your state of residence (a "Minor"), a parent or guardian must submit a signed, written statement that they have read, understood and agree to the Sweepstakes rules on behalf of you and themselves. All prizes will be awarded. Prizes returned as undeliverable or otherwise not claimed within 10 days after delivery of notification will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Entry Forms. No mechanically or electronically reproduced entries will be accepted. Only the first entry received from a particular individual or email address will be eligible; subsequent attempts to enter will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant ("account holder" being the natural person to whom the email address is assigned by the relevant internet access provider). Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the account holder.

Prize Notification. The Prize winner(s) will be notified by e-mail no later than the 23rd day of January, 2006. To claim a prize, winners should follow the instructions contained in their notification.

General Release. By entering the Sweepstakes, you (and, if you are a Minor, your parents or legal guardians) are agreeing to release Sponsor, its parent company, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agencies (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes or delivery or miss-delivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.

Miscellaneous. The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules will be governed, construed and interpreted under the laws of the Province of Ontario.
